Costumes, set design, and dance all create a charming scene of Harlem Renaissance-era clubs and street corners. “Peter and the Wolf” is narrated by Leonard Bernstein - very useful for those of us who may have forgotten the story - and modern children will probably not be too upset by the foolish duck’s untimely end.
